During my Christmas stay, I was delighted by the extremely courteous and professional staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I also loved the fact that the hotel offered a good breakfast, which was a great way to start my day. Another advantage was the convenient and easy parking at the hotel, making it hassle-free for me to come and go as I pleased.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the off smell in the hallway. However, I noticed that the hotel had machines dealing with it, so they were actively working to resolve the issue.

This hotel is in a central location and is close to many amenities. There are some good restaurants nearby, like Timbuktu, which has great food. Also, the hotel's business center is useful for working. The rooms are large and have a good amount of space to move around in. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is good too, with plenty of options to choose from.

The heating system can be noisy at times.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Pauline and Isatu. They made our surprise stay extra special by going above and beyond. the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the beds were so cozy. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located close to many restaurants and shops, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. the internet was quite slow and gave us trouble connecting, which was frustrating.
