The location was ideal - not on the boardwalk, but very close to the beach. We appreciated being in a nice quiet area of North OC, away from the tourist hubbub. The guaranteed parking was also a plus.

There were issues with cleanliness - we found dust under the furniture and dishes with dried crud left by the dishwasher. The wifi was also very slow, making it difficult to use.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area, away from the crowded tourist spots. Parking was a breeze, and having a washer and dryer in our room was a huge convenience. We also appreciated the outside shower to rinse off sand after a day at the beach. The room design was beautiful and the view of the beach was stunning. The amenities provided, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, made us feel right at home. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone.

I had a great stay at this condo! The staff at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming. The condo itself, especially condo 207, was beautifully decorated in a fun beachy style. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the towels and bedding were high quality and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a minute walk to the beach and a few minutes to Northside Park. The pool and game room were also great perks, especially for families with kids. I would definitely recommend this property for a wonderful beach vacation.

The location of Marylander Condominiums, 90 Steps From The Beach was incredible, allowing us easy access to the beach with just a short walk. We loved being able to go back to the condo for lunch, especially with small children. Additionally, the condo had a game room that kept our kids entertained. The kitchen and washer and dryer in the condo were also very convenient. Parking was never an issue during our stay and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend staying at Marylander Condominiums, 90 Steps From The Beach for its great location and amenities.

It was so convenient to be able to easily access the beach and explore the surrounding area. Additionally, having a kitchen and a washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience. It allowed us to prepare meals and do our laundry at our own convenience, saving us time and money.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of stores and restaurants. It was so convenient for our family, especially with a child running around. The room was big and roomy, providing us with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Nice view and very close to the coast. the complimentary parking and access to the laundry room were quite convenient, and made things easier for my family.

The entire place was in need of a thorough cleaning, and the couches and bedspreads were stained and dirty. There were even dried food and sticky utensils in the kitchen, which forced us to use disposable plates.

Loved the convenient location just steps from the beach. The condo was spacious, clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and the delicious burgers at Abby's. The Marylander was a great value for our beach vacation. Overall I recommend this hotel.
