We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the center of Puerto Morelos along the beautiful beach. The beach itself is stunning, with fine sand and great swimming conditions. The hotel facilities are upscale and well maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially the sea view rooms with balconies. The food exceeded our expectations, with excellent quality and a wide variety of options. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, from the bellmen who warmly welcomed us, to the reception staff who made check-in a breeze, to the pool attendants who ensured we had everything we needed. The playmakers, bartenders, and room service staff all went above and beyond to make our vacation special. this resort provided a unique and unforgettable experience.

I had an incredible stay at Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort. The food was delicious, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially loved the pool area, where Antonio, Horacio, and Miguel went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience. The beach, although affected by seaweed, was still enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort.

The pool area was spacious and luxurious, providing a sense of relaxation and comfort. We also enjoyed the high, quality restaurants on site, with a diverse range of food options.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the pre, registration process was a waste of time as our special request for a ground, level room was not accommodated.

The food, especially breakfast, is delicious and there are plenty of options for vegetarians like me. The hotel facilities are top-notch with a jacuzzi area that ensures safety.

The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities, including comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, going above and beyond to accommodate us. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and experience, including horse riding locations, the river/lake, and nightlife.

Friendly staff, excellent service. Bellmen, reception, and pool attendants were all helpful. Room service server was amazing. Playmakers kept the atmosphere lively. Bartenders at the pool bar were the best. a great vacation experience.

We had an incredible time at this resort! the entertainment staff was amazing, keeping us entertained throughout our stay. the small and intimate setting of the resort made it easy to access everything we needed, from the pool to the beach. There was always plenty of seating available, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun.

The drinks were a disappointment. the alcohol didn't taste great and we questioned the quality and content.

The value for money at this resort was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was stunning and the staff treated us like royalty.

Breakfast delights, some improvements could be made to the breakfast selection.

The entertainment, although less interactive, was still enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. As vegetarians, we were thrilled with how accommodating the servers and chef were. there is no other resort we'd rather stay at. Excellent!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter getaway. It was situated right on the beach, giving us easy access to the beautiful ocean views and sandy shores. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. One particular staff member, Horacio, stood out with his excellent service and attentiveness.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not satisfied with. the food at the restaurant was quite bland and lacked flavor.

The staff at this resort were incredible , from the reception to the pool to the restaurants and bars. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. the facilities were also top, notch, with spacious and well, kept rooms. We loved the fact that the resort was clothing optional, creating a relaxed and open atmosphere. the vibe was amazing, especially during the theme night parties. And to top it off, the food was delicious, with a nice selection of dishes and top shelf liquors.

One downside was the push to become members of the resort. It felt a little too aggressive at times and took away from the overall experience.

Although there was some seaweed on the beach and in the water, which is to be expected due to natural conditions, it did not diminish our enjoyment of the beach. Food and drink options were generally good, but there were some areas, such as the wine selection, where improvements could be made.
