I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel welcome right from the start and showed me to my room, explaining all the features. The lobby and rooms were beautifully decorated with custom woods. The complimentary snacks in the lobby and room added a nice touch. Despite the cool weather, I was perfectly content staying in and relaxing. The location of the hotel was great, away from the busy city and tourists. The provided beach chairs and beach kit were convenient. The rooftop deck offered stunning views and a relaxing space.

They even paid for my taxi ride from the boat to the hotel, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to all the "main drag" attractions and everything in the town. The hotel itself had a quaint European bed and breakfast vibe, with beautiful custom wood decorations throughout. The rooms were very clean and full of charm. I felt right at home with complimentary snacks in the lobby and room, just like being at home.

Amazing experience at a boutique hotel in Catalina Island! the room was cozy and nicely furnished, and the balcony offered a good view. the free taxi service and the convenient walking distance to downtown were a big plus. We loved the continental breakfast in the beautiful courtyard, surrounded by hummingbirds and koi fish. And the rooftop deck with stunning harbor views was the cherry on top.

There were a few downsides to our stay. First, we were disappointed that smoking was allowed in the outdoor common areas, including the breakfast patio.

Wine and cheese offering on Friday night was a nice touch. They even checked our luggage so we could enjoy Avalon until our boat departure. Laurie and her team were exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel was beautifully furnished and had great attention to detail. The complimentary snacks, water, and beach bag were much appreciated. The rooftop terrace was stunning.
