It was just a great match for a weekend excursion in New Caney with best value for money ratio. The night clerk was very courteous and patient when I accidentally locked myself out of my room multiple times. Make sure to arrive early to enjoy the breakfast options before they run out.

The warm welcome from the check-in staff set a positive tone for our stay. Breakfast was a delightful treat, with muffins and fresh fruit making mornings brighter.

unbelievable! the pool wasn't open when I needed it, and the hot tub was out of order, like, seriously? I almost gave a good review, but the rude staff ruined it. a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice after all those inconveniences. I guess I just don’t matter here, huh?

The pool's hours are far too limited, the hot tub was out of order, and the gym equipment was broken!!! I also recommend bringing your own toiletries, as the provided ones are laughably tiny!!!

I stayed in a King Room for 3 nights. The bed was so comfy, I slept like a baby! The place was really clean, which eased my worries after reading some reviews. The location is cool, with tons of stores and restaurants just across the freeway. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised by the early check-in, which made everything smoother.
