As adventurous travelers, we loved the clean and spacious rooms with kitchenettes, perfect for our needs. The outdoor breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and we appreciated the pet-friendly policy. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location was great, on the edge of town with a decent view from the window. The hotel seemed brand new and the staff went above and beyond on special occasions.

They even surprised my daughter with a birthday balloon and plants in the room. There is a good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located close to a restaurant, shopping center, mall, and food outlets in the valley. There is also space for pets to roam.

best western surpassed our expectations during our overnight stay in omak. their warm welcome, spacious rooms with comfy beds, and excellent amenities like the pool and small gym made our stay truly enjoyable. the proximity to a pub and large supermarket was an added convenience.

The hotel was easy to find and located in a convenient area close to restaurants and shops. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. the breakfast offered a good variety of food, including delicious mini waffles that my nieces absolutely loved.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the pool and spa were not available during our visit, even though we were promised they would be.
