The room at Best Western Plus Rapid City Rushmore was so cozy with a super comfy bed, and everything was really clean and fresh. I loved having a fridge and microwave for snacks!

I wished the bathroom had a little more counter space for my toiletries.

Everything from the pleasant and professional staff to the convenient location near the freeway, shopping, dining, and entertainment made our experience memorable. the property had all the amenities we needed, including a wonderful breakfast with hot and tasty options, a pool and hot tub for relaxation, and helpful in-room amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. the rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable, with spacious beds and plenty of outlets for our electronics. the programmable thermostat and blackout panels ensured we had a comfortable and peaceful sleep. our favorite hotel during our trip to 8 different cities.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the breakfast choices were perfect for both kids and adults, and the scrambled eggs and muffins were particularly delicious. the location was excellent, with easy access to the highway leading to popular attractions like Mt. Rushmore and Custer, as well as I-90 for the Badlands. We also loved that there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Our grandson had a blast in the indoor pool. the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Great experience overall!

The location was ideal, with easy access to where we needed to be and within walking distance to a gas station and several restaurants. The hot tub was a nice feature too.

La fenêtre de notre chambre était assez petite, ce qui limitait l'entrée de la lumière naturelle.
