The view of the river was a bonus and the location was perfect for our trip into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The staff members were friendly and the front desk manager, Josh, was especially helpful in resolving a rate issue. The breakfast had a variety of items and the 24-hour coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the WiFi was excellent. We hope to return one day.

The hotel is located right on the Tuckasegee river, offering a spectacular view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. Our room with a balcony was spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities we needed. Breakfast was included and not bad at all, the bacon was delicious!

Everything was spot on.

The location was amazing, right on the river. The balcony allowed us to listen to the river and enjoy the view. The room was huge, beautiful, and very clean. The staff was exceptional, even the new front desk clerk was all smiles and easy to talk to. The pool and hot tub were nice, but with the river so close, it's hard to complain.

During my recent stay at Best Western Plus in Dillsboro, I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the river from the hotel. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. Although there were a few minor inconveniences such as limited parking and the lack of a second TV in the suite, these were quickly forgotten thanks to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Best Western Plus for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I had a great time and will definitely be returning in the future.

My river suite with balcony had amazing views of the Tuckasegee River. The room was spotless and well-furnished. Despite the noisy A/C, the elevators were quick and the staff was helpful. The location was close to great restaurants and scenic locations. I recommend this hotel.
