i had a wonderful stay where everything was clean and well maintained, and the hotel was conveniently near local restaurants like schlotzsky's and a lovely park just a short walk away, perfect for taking leisurely strolls and soaking in the scenery.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff making check-in easy. The room was spacious, though the bed was firmer than I prefer. It would be nice to have more information about the area and a luggage rack. Good for families and pet owners due to the pet-friendly amenities.

The elevator had frequent issues, making it rather unreliable!!! The area behind the hotel felt unsafe with sketchy individuals walking around!!! It would be nice to see better maintenance of the fitness equipment!!!

stayed here and the hot tub was colder than a fridge, I mean, seriously? I expect warmth and pampering, not a rude manager trying to make me feel foolish. Also, the breakfast staff were huffing and puffing when I asked for coffee, as if I was asking for a gold bar. I almost wanted to give a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff were EXCELLENT! ! They helped correct my reservation and made sure everything was just right. Breakfast was the best I've had at any BW, with a three hour serving time. So convenient!
