Great staff and nice pool. Had issues with noisy neighbors overnight.

The location was perfect for our trip to see a baseball game. We appreciated the courtesy bus, although it was a bit slow to pick us up. The breakfast at the Normandy Kitchen was excellent, and the fresh-baked cookies at 10 pm were a nice touch. we would recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness, location, breakfast, and staff were all outstanding. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. It was conveniently located between Nicollet and Hennepin, making it easy to explore the city. Being in MSP for work, I appreciated the proximity to many fine restaurants and sports bars. The breakfast offered was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations for exploring the city.

Great location close to skywalk and various event locations in the center of the city. Clean and well-maintained rooms with spaciousness and all necessary amenities. Helpful staff and quick room service with delicious food options. Convenient RO water system and ice machine on each floor.

The queen bed suite is in a great location, just a stone's throw away from the Vikings Stadium. It is conveniently nestled near the main street, a shopping plaza, and the convention center. The room itself is cozy and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the male customer service person is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, and there are plenty of facilities available including a pool and gym.

We especially enjoyed taking a dip after a long day of exploring the downtown Minneapolis area. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was conveniently located within walking distance of the fireworks viewing area and close to the stadium. It made attending the football game so much easier for us. The covered parking also gave us peace of mind knowing our car was safe.

This hotel in downtown Minneapolis is in a great area of the city, with quick access to Nicolet Mall and the light rail. The rooms were kept very clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a pull-out sofa for extra convenience. The staff was extremely helpful, offering shuttle service and even storing a guest's bike to ensure a worry-free stay. Additionally, the attention to detail was evident, with complimentary wine included at a cheaper rate.

I gotta say, we got sooo much bang for our buck at this hotel! The suite exceeded our expectations with two rooms, a luxurious walk-in shower, and a comfy king size bed. The location in downtown was perfect for exploring, with those city lights giving us all the feels. And kudos to the staff for being so friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The 2 room suite I stayed in was very comfortable and provided great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The location downtown in a large atrium-like area is perfect for attending events at US Bank stadium. The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff, especially Daniel, were accommodating and provided excellent service.

The location of the hotel was perfect for attending events at US Bank or The Armory. It was convenient to have a bar and restaurant on-site, and there were also great food options across the street. The pool area was spacious and had a nice outdoor feel. it was a great bargain.

I did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioner in our room. The temperature control seemed to be set in a way that the room would get warm before the air conditioner kicked in, and then it would become too cold.
