The value for money at this hotel was amazing! The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning balcony view of the lake. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and located right on the lake. Water sports are free and first come, first served. Beach towels are provided. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The views from the lobby window are amazing.

Great location, within walking distance to many attractions. Complimentary water activities like paddle boarding and canoeing were a bonus. the private beach was lovely and well-maintained.

Room with a tree view instead of the requested lake view was disappointing. Requested a refund for the price difference but was told it wasn't possible.

I loved the stunning view of the lake right outside our room. The hotel had great facilities like an indoor pool, sauna, and hot tubs. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and polite. Access to water toys like SUP boards and canoes was excellent.

We loved the convenient location, right in the heart of town with beautiful views of the lake. The first floor unit was perfect for us as it allowed easy access to the lake. The hotel had a great selection of water sports equipment available for free, including kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards. The staff was friendly and professional, and we enjoyed a fantastic meal at the on-site Generations restaurant. The hotel was also family-oriented with spacious rooms and friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the area.

I had an amazing time here! The location is perfect, right on the lake with access to a private beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, accommodating our request to stay an extra night. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. I also loved the terrace with garden furniture, perfect for morning coffee. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax after a long day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool area was amazing, with a sauna, steam room, two Jacuzzis, a shower. The water in the pool was warm and inviting. Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake, and the walk-in shower with two shower heads was a luxurious touch. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and there was a free bus service that took us to different areas of this city.

Terrific location near the conference center and with easy access to the Lake Placid area. The hotel facilities, including the pool, sauna, jacuzzis, and steam bath, were excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient. We loved the clean and safe feeling of the gym, equipped with nice equipment.

We stayed at this hotel recently and had an amazing time! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beautiful Mirror Lake. It was so convenient being able to walk out of our room and be right on the lake. We enjoyed swimming, using the water toys provided, and just relaxing on the beach. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Cousin Vinny who went above and beyond to assist us with a car issue. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable, and we also enjoyed the pool area. it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to come back!
