The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations, and the room was bright and spacious. The hotel facilities, including the clean pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable. We appreciated the large selection at breakfast, with delicious fruit. The staff were friendly and provided all the necessary information at check-in. Additionally, the location was convenient, with the hotel being close to the Sunnyvale Caltrain station, allowing easy access to San Francisco and the greater San Jose area.

The hotel had a great location, close to major business hubs and attractions like the Winchester Mystery House and Levi Stadium. The staff was amazing, particularly a guy named Ryan who provided excellent service. The hotel had a cool spa area, a small but well-equipped gym, and delicious breakfast options.

The staff were attentive and provided better service than at a 5-star hotel. The breakfast offered good value for the price compared to other options.

The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and we were also impressed with the convenient location and free parking. The room was comfortable and well-decorated, offering plenty of closet space. we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and convenient place to stay.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, in a quiet suburbia area where you can find some good places to go for a walk. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, with the staff going out of their way to make sure we were happy with the room and service. The amenities like free wi-fi in rooms, garden furniture, and a lovely terrace were a nice touch and made our room feel cozy and comfortable. The leisure swimming pool and sun terrace were also great amenities that were well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was incredible too- with a lot of options and always kept fresh and full to the end of service.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay somewhere luxurious and comfortable with lots of amenities.

We've stayed here several times while clearing an estate nearby. It is easy to check in and out. Front desk, breakfast staff, and cleaners are personable and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well stocked with ample towels, extra blankets, and pillows, even robes. Room heat is controlled by a thermostat. Venetian blinds and blackout shades control light preference, and windows can be opened for fresh air. The bathroom sink sits above the counter with a Euro-style faucet, and there is a lighted make-up mirror. The courtyard areas are nicely landscaped and provide a quiet oasis. Access from the parking areas is easy. The breakfast room is very nice, offering a variety of beverages and good food with a main selection that changes from day to day. In warm weather, there is an outdoor seating area.

Furthermore, the hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

One downside of my stay was the noise from the neighbors above. I could hear every step they took, which was quite annoying.

Despite being fully booked, there wasn't much noise from other guests. the beds were firm and comfortable, and the breakfast included a variety of options such as scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, and French toast. the hotel also had free WiFi, a small fridge in the room, nice toiletries, and a coffee maker. the location was convenient for getting around and there were many authentic Indian restaurants nearby.

There were no on-site restaurant or bar facilities. the rooms facing the pool could be a bit noisy.
