The hotel had beautiful decor and unique design. I was upgraded to a junior suite for free, which was amazing. The room was spacious with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The location was great, with a food court nearby and easy access to shops. The tram station was only a few minutes' walk away, making it convenient to commute to Centraal Station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the balloons and cake in the room were a lovely touch.

Our stay at Hotel De Hallen was fantastic. The room was spacious and modern, with a large bathroom that had both a bath and shower. The coffee machine in the room made excellent coffee and the cleanliness was spotless. We loved the unique design of the hotel, with rooms surrounding a central seating area. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The hotel also had a great restaurant and bar area. we highly recommend Hotel De Hallen for a quirky and enjoyable stay.

Nothing it was perfect.

Our room had an issue with the AC, but the front desk was quick to fix it. When it went out again in the middle of the night, they resolved it immediately in the morning. The unique decor and helpful staff made De Hallen a great value. we recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at De Hallen. the hotel is modern and clean with a beautiful art deco design inside. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. the location was perfect for us, with the Foodhaven just next door where we enjoyed a wide variety of dining options. While the hotel is a bit of a walk from Dam Square, the tram station is conveniently located just a few minutes away. our family actually enjoyed the walk and rarely used the tram. We also found the hotel's published information on using the tram to be extremely helpful and cost-saving.

I had a great experience staying here. It's located in an up & coming district and is quiet, with many attractions in the area. The service was exceptional, with staff who were keen to help with any requests. The room amenities were top notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. I really enjoyed the jacuzzi facilities too.

Bike rental, a bar, and restaurant also available.

Some guests reported poor service with slow response times, especially for technical requests like air-conditioning or fans. Sometimes the breakfast service left something to be desired as well.
