I got great value for my money staying at this hotel. The room was clean and the shower was excellent. The location was convenient and the staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a thicker oatmeal option.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was close to nearly everything in town, which made it easy to explore the downtown area and walk to all the unique restaurants. Convenient location just off the highway and a few blocks from downtown. Spacious rooms with sitting area, coffee table, fridge, and microwave. Good breakfast spread with freshly cooked eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, pastries. Within walking distance to downtown area and attractions.

Disinterested staff at check-in and in the breakfast room. Hot items at breakfast not always kept stocked and had to be requested to refill.

The breakfast at Best Western Plus Walla Walla was absolutely delicious! I loved the wide variety of food options and the staff made sure everything was well-stocked and clean. Just a small suggestion for better signage for the plastic utensils. a great stay!
