Staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte North felt like discovering a hidden treasure in a vast sea of mediocre hotels. The rooms were so clean, you could almost hear them whispering, 'We were just waiting for you to arrive! ' The breakfast was a feast fit for royalty, with cinnamon rolls that could make even a cupcake jealous. My sleep was so restful it was like being cradled by a cloud, thanks to the fluffy beds and a choice of pillows for every whim! I might just have to plan another trip just to relive this kingly experience!

Noise disturbances from poorly insulated rooms!!! Lack of towels near the pool area!!! Room assignments seem to confuse front desk staff!!! It would be prudent to ensure better ventilation in rooms!!! Check-in delays can be quite frustrating!!!

Staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte North was like hitting the jackpot on a slot machine. The rooms were sparkling clean—so good, I half expected to see my reflection in the bathroom tiles. Plus, the kitchenette had all these lovely touches like paper plates and silverware! And let’s not forget the breakfast. it was a feast with bacon and those mouthwatering cinnamon rolls that could single-handedly boost your mood! I felt like royalty with all the plush bedding and a selection of pillows worthy of a five-star stay.

I loved how clean the place was, felt proper comfy in my suite. The brekkie was a real treat, great variety and all fresh! The staff were super friendly, felt like chatting with old mates.

Just had a couple of things that needed fixing, like a crooked lamp and a wobbly table. No biggie, though.

I was pleasantly surprised by the immaculate facilities at this hotel! The breakfast had a fantastic variety, including both warm options and fresh fruits, which kept me satisfied each morning. Plus, the indoor pool was a hit with my family, providing us a fun way to unwind after a long day!

the holiday inn express was a great stop for us. the room was spotless and we loved the soft beds. breakfast was decent, but could use a few more options. the staff was super friendly, especially in the breakfast area. plus, it’s really close to northlake mall if you want to shop around. we enjoyed taking a dip in the pool too!

But dear, my room's AC was on a permanent vacation—76 degrees is not my idea of a chill spot! And finding only one TV in my suite? Come on, I need more options for my binge-watching!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. They helped me with a food delivery number during my first stay. Try the breakfast. it's great! I’m coming back for the new year!
