The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the Utica Amtrak station and rental car facilities. the room was well-designed and had great features, such as a large desk that could be used as a table and an ottoman for extra seating. the room also had important amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided helpful information about the area and restaurant recommendations.

The pool area had small towels, and the fire pit was oddly placed in the parking lot. the lack of a second chair in the room and the absence of an in-room safe were minor inconveniences.

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the convenient location near our Christmas party venue and the proximity to our friend's apartment. The room was immaculate with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome and at ease. The included breakfast was delicious and a great start to our day.

We had a small issue with our key not working on the second night, but the staff quickly resolved it for us. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent, although some of the bananas were not in the best condition. Fairfield Inn provided a nice stay for my business trip.
