After a terrible experience at another hotel, coming here was such a delight. The Guest Services team was amazing and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They suggested local places to eat and visit. The room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the coffee was excellent. The fresh cookies in the lobby were a delicious treat. The extra pillows in the room were a nice touch.
