I recently stayed at Best Western for a week and it was an awesome experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to meet my needs. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the pool was well-maintained, and the breakfast was wonderful. The manager, Tammie, took the time to personally check in with guests and treated everyone like a friend. The housekeeper, Josie, was super friendly and made sure our needs were met. The front desk staff were always smiling and helpful. everyone at Best Western made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The breakfast was amazing, with delicious eggs, sausage, and warm tortillas. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. This hotel is a great find! The location is superb as it is close to everything yet quiet in the gulf area. The rooms are well-equipped and have a really comfy mattress with microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast is a feast as they offer bacon and fresh fruit salad, among many other options.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up to our room, especially with a baby in tow. the walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The location was close to the beach, golf cart rentals, and other hotels, making it convenient for meeting up with family.

The pillows and bed were worn out and lumpy, but still manageable for a good night's sleep. There was some noise from neighboring rooms, especially when they were in the bathroom or talking.

We found bugs in the light fixture, and the microwave had food stuck to the top. The bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked, with dust collecting on the headboard and door jams.
