My Christmas stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, even lending me an iPhone charger when mine wasn't working. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable king-size bed and a jacuzzi hot tub bath, which was a pleasant surprise. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the free WiFi had super-fast speeds, allowing me to easily stream movies.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The room was quite small, and the sink being located outside of the bathroom was a bit inconvenient.

We had an amazing city break at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was such a bonus and a great start to the day. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and visiting family. We also loved the friendly and helpful staff. On top of that, the grab & go water bottles, granola bars and fruits were such a thoughtful gesture.

The only negative aspect we found was the bathroom which was on the smaller side. Other than that, we had no real complaints.
