Zaha Al Munawara Hotel surprised me with its modern renovations and clean facilities. The breakfast spread was delightful, catering to various tastes. The staff, especially the restaurant manager, truly went above and beyond.

However, the major downside was the distance to the female entrance of the mosque, which required quite a trek. Also, communication at the front desk could be a bit challenging due to language barriers.

I enjoy my stay, as I find the location convenient. only about a 10-minute walk to the mosque. The room is spacious and comfortable, featuring a mini fridge and electric kettle, which adds to the convenience. Additionally, the breakfast offered is absolutely delightful with various options that cater to different tastes.

The only downside is the thickness of the pillows, which might not suit everyone's preference.

the hotel felt like a joke, I checked in late to find my room 'gone', and then they had the nerve to charge me 60 euros more. request for a simple hour extension for check-out was denied. also, I expected a welcoming touch—after all, I was a guest, right? never again, absolutely horrid experience!

Request a room away from main road noise and ensure the AC is functioning well before settling in for comfort.

zaha al munawara is a solid choice for a family stay. it’s just a 12-15 minute walk to the haram with local shops and great eateries nearby. the cozy café in the foyer is perfect for a quick coffee, and the breakfast was quite nice. the staff created a welcoming atmosphere, making our stay more enjoyable.

Did not recommend the water pressure in the shower. it could use some improvement.
