The restaurant's New Orleans specialty menu was a rare treat in the Midwest, and the chef did a fabulous job with our conference meals. The location was good, with easy navigation and everything we needed in town. The pool was busy but fun for the kids, and check-in was quick with friendly staff. Plus, having a nearby McDonald's and gas station was convenient.

We felt very well taken care of, with no complaints whatsoever.

We had a great New Year's stay at a hotel in Aberdeen. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large fridge for our use. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area. the highlight of our stay was the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the temperature control in our room was outdated and not functioning properly.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a convenient fridge to keep drinks cold. The hotel is also located in a key location, making it easily accessible to local attractions and amenities.

The WiFi was extremely slow, which and inconvenient. Additionally, there were some signs of aging in the rooms, such as a mattress that was too soft and uncomfortable pillows.

Convenient location, reasonable price, comfortable beds, great shower head, excellent staff, meals provided.

Spacious room, recently upgraded, no offensive smell. Separate toilet and shower area. Good menu at the restaurant, with adequate seating. Spacious room with good beds, pretty quiet area. Good location, easy to navigate, with nearby McDonald's and gas station.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the location of the hotel was convenient for my business trip. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The pool was heavily chlorinated, my daughter's skin was burning after swimming. We ran out of water in the middle of the night and it was a hassle to get some from the front desk.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good , and the staff were amazing. We liked the hotel facilities, easy-to-find vending machines, and enjoyable swimming pool.

The entrance was attractive. The TV was conveniently placed in front of the bed. Good location in a navigable town with necessary amenities nearby. Quick and friendly check-in. Helpful staff at check-out.

We had a wonderful experience at Best Western Ramkota. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and the cool, fun pool for the kids. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always available to answer our questions and provide great suggestions on nearby activities. We would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay! we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Upgraded furniture in good condition throughout. Superb breakfast selection with great service from staff. Quiet location, no unpleasant odours. Good quality restaurant with ample seating and delicious menu.
