I recently stayed at Best Western for a short visit with friends and found it to be conveniently located near everything I needed. The room size was just right, not too small or cramped. The breakfast options were impressive, with freshly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage. The beds were comfortable and everything in the room was in good working order. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. it was a great experience and I will definitely stay here again when visiting.

I recently stayed at Best Western for a business trip in Rochester. My stay was for two nights and I was pleasantly surprised by the positive features of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the extra measures taken to ensure cleanliness, such as the sanitized remote control in its own bag. The grab and go breakfast option was a thoughtful touch, providing a variety of items like pastries, fruit, water, and granola bars. Additionally, the hotel's location near a variety of restaurants and shops made it convenient for dining and shopping options.

The staff at the front desk were exceptional. We reported some issues with our room in the morning, and by the time we returned in the evening, everything was fixed promptly. The bed was comfortable with a range of different pillows to choose from, and the room was peaceful and quiet. The variety of options available for breakfast was impressive, and the staff, especially the breakfast server and the woman at the front desk, made us feel at home. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and easy to find location. Walking distance to restaurants. No issues with leaving belongings in truck overnight.

best western made my stay in rochester so much better than my previous experience. the room was clean and comfy, staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for dining and shopping. a great value for the price.

slow resolution to room mix-up

The hotel is located near Rochester Institute of Technology, making it convenient for students and visitors. There are also many great restaurants and shopping options nearby, providing plenty of dining and entertainment choices. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. The breakfast bar offers a nice selection, including a waffle machine, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt.

The bathroom could use some improvement, as there have been reports of a small size and a moldy smell.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for those visiting RIT and UofR, with both universities within a short distance. the hotel had a variety of amenities and facilities, including a breakfast with fluffy scrambled eggs and tasty sausages. The staff provided great service, especially Angela at the front desk and Robin who handled the breakfast. Despite the outdated TVs and the need for additional towels and a do not disturb sign, the hotel provided a comfortable and affordable stay.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was extremely poor, making it difficult to see and get ready in the mornings.

Great staff, offered late checkout as a genius benefit without issue. Room had clean and comfortable environment with air-con, microwave, fridge, and TV with many channels. Convenient location near restaurants and shops, perfect for shopping. Fantastic woman in reception provided excellent service.

The hotel's location was convenient - close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from the interstate. Plus, there were several restaurants within walking distance. the hotel was always clean and offered good value for money.
