I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects. the location was great for me as it was away from the more touristy areas, making it much more affordable. Secondly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They even stored my bags for me until my room was ready. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed retreat after a long day of exploring. Lastly, the breakfast served real eggs, which was a delightful surprise. I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with a beautiful view of the beach and nearby cruises. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near many great places to visit, including the Bacardi Distillery, Burger Town, beaches, a mall. The staff was very nice and polite, providing helpful recommendations at the front desk. I also appreciated the breakfast, which was quick and convenient, especially as I arrived late the night before. The hostess and another lady were very helpful and accommodating.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Comfort Inn. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure I had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with restaurants and shops just minutes away. The highlight for me was the beautiful view from the hotel, it was truly breathtaking. Despite the occasional noise from traffic, it was tolerable and didn't disrupt my stay. The room was simple but clean, providing everything I needed for a good night's sleep and a refreshing shower. I also appreciated the tip about the ferry to San Juan, it was a convenient and picturesque way to explore the area. I had a great experience and I can't wait to return to Puerto Rico and stay at Comfort Inn again.

This hotel is a great value for money with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very attentive and pays attention to detail. The location may not be ideal, but the beach views are splendid. Selected detail: The breakfast offered at this hotel was made with real eggs, and it was quite satisfying.

The bedding was not cleaned properly, but overall, this hotel is a great place to stay.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed rooms at this hotel. the beds were cozy and the amenities provided were of high quality. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

There were a few negative aspects that impacted my overall experience. the hotel's breakfast service was disappointing.

Nothing all excellent.

The hotel has a good location in front of the beach, but unfortunately, the beach is not useable as it is so dirty. The hotel is tight in areas, but it is close to some restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is excellent, and there is an outdoor grill/bar area by the pool which provides quality food at reasonable prices.

The hotel is not located in a convenient spot, making it hard to hail taxis or Ubers.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas, such as the Bacardi Distillery and gorgeous beaches. It is conveniently situated right off highway 22, making it easily accessible for travelers. Despite being a bit far from the airport, it is easy to find with GPS. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly, polite, and even gave us great recommendations for nearby attractions. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory and the price was just right for a budget-friendly getaway.
