My recent stay at Park Inn was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city. I had a good night's sleep as the rooms were well-insulated.

The WiFi was a bit sporadic, with the strongest signal in the lobby and a weaker signal in the room. Additionally, there was a lack of amenities for smokers, such as a terrace.

Fabulous, clean and comfy hotel to end our stay in Central America. All you need and a very reasonable price. Lovely warm welcome from staff when we arrived. We were too early for check in but the staff did their best to get our room ready as fast as they could. Modern comfortable rooms, great breakfast , good staff.

Not sure the location of the hotel is ideal. It is a 20-minute walk from Central Market, a local eating and shopping area.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the spacious and well-appointed rooms at Park Inn San Jose. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and reliable air conditioning. The bar and restaurant were also a highlight, offering great value for money. We especially loved the pool area, which was always accessible even during events.
