I had a lovely experience at Best Western Sault Ste. Marie. The room was very clean and inviting, with comfortable beds and spotless amenities. The breakfast offered a delightful selection, including fresh fruit and hot options, making mornings enjoyable. The furniture could use updating.

bad experience from beginning to end, the ceiling in the shower was corroded and falling apart, which is just hygienic, right? also, I was shocked the front desk staff didn’t offer me a complimentary upgrade after that catastrophe. if only they had the courtesy to treat me like I deserved, I might have considered a good review.
