I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for my family of six. The location was convenient and the staff treated us like family.

The breakfast option could have been better by offering a wider variety of items to choose from.

The hotel staff is accommodating and informative, suggesting good places to visit and dine. They responded quickly to our AC concern and maintenance service is professional. The saltwater pool and hot tub are clean and well-maintained, great for kids. The breakfast is delicious and includes custom omelets. The room upgrade and gift shop added to our pleasant stay.

This hotel is great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff are very attentive to detail and provide excellent service. The location is perfect, right next to Food restaurants in the magic valley, so close to everything in the Twin Falls area. The rooms are basic but have all the amenities needed, including easy access to a doorway for our dogs with a view for footpath and 3 beds. The breakfast included made to order omelets with made to order omletes & crepes, is a fantastic touch that sets them apart.

This hotel had the best pet-friendly room I've ever stayed in. The room was spacious with a large refrigerator and a dining area. The hotel had plenty of areas for my pet to walk outside. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices including a made-to-order omelet bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn't have any pet smells. Convenient location with easy access to the highway and many restaurants nearby.

The beds at Best Western Sawtooth Inn And Suites were absolutely amazing! We slept like babies and woke up refreshed. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxation, especially with the salt, water base. the staff was knowledgeable about the local area and recommended amazing places to visit and dine. the cleanliness of the facility was impressive, with a fresh and pleasant smell throughout.

The bathroom shower had excessive water pressure and the shower curtain didn't fit properly, causing water to pool on the floor. the view from the window overlooked a truck repair shop, which was not visually appealing.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Jerome for a quick one-night getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast in the morning. The made-to-order omelets, pancakes, and French toasts were delicious. The hotel also had a well-maintained picnic area with beautiful landscaping. it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.
