The location of the hotel was perfect, with the metro just a few meters away and easy access to all of the attractions and public transportation. It was great to have shops outside the hotel, making it convenient for any needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a nice range of options and the coffee was delicious.

This hotel had absolutely everything we needed for the 3 nights we stayed. The value for money was great and the attention to detail was impressive. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a balcony, which was lovely. Despite being in the city, the room was quiet at night. The location was perfect and we could easily walk to many of Lisbon's attractions, cafes, bars, and restaurants.

One minor improvement could be to have more power sockets in the room for charging phones and laptops.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Browns Boutique. The room was stylish and luxurious, and the Nespresso machine was a great touch. The location in the vibrant Chiado district was perfect and the staff, especially Julia and Marta, were amazing and helpful.

Menu for breakfast: It would have been better to have more variety in the breakfast options.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed. the location was fantastic, right in the middle of the city, making it easy to explore. the staff was friendly and offered helpful suggestions.

The lack of a computer in the room, despite it being promised in the description, was disappointing. the loud piped music in the rooms, starting at 8am, was obnoxious and made it difficult to have a quiet morning.

Value for money was great, the room had excellent facilities and a comfortable bed. The hotel's location near the metro station was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being in the center of everything and close to major sites in the city. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with soft pillows and clean sheets on the large bed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern and classy furniture, along with useful amenities such as a Nespresso machine, iPad, MacPC. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of hot and cold items. The staff at the reception spoke good English and were very helpful, even preparing a breakfast box for us to take away when we had to leave early in the morning.

The hotel was located in a prime spot in downtown, making it easy to explore all the sights and sounds of the city. We could hop on the metro from the airport and be there in no time. The area was bustling with activity and there were plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The location was also close to the metro, making transportation a breeze.
