Great location, clean rooms. Pool area felt a bit small for swimming.

This hotel is a hidden gem just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The location was perfect as it allowed us to escape the tourist areas of the city. The rooms were in great condition, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options, which were better than we expected. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One minor area for improvement was the temperature of the pool. Despite adjusting the temperature, it wasn't quite cold enough for a refreshing swim.

I had a great stay at Best Western! The room was modern and clean, with comfortable beds and no musty carpet smell. The AC worked perfectly, and the small pool and hot tub were a nice addition. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and a quick drive to downtown. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

From the friendly check-in by Jamila to the helpfulness of Virginia, they went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the room itself was great. The comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep, and the large balcony was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast included was convenient for a quick bite on the way out the door.

Plus, the hotel's location near one of the most beautiful beaches and dunes I've ever seen was a major advantage. It was also great that they were so accommodating with our doggie. The hotel staff, especially Virginia, were super cool and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this place!

Rooms are clean, the pool and outside deck are nice, and staff is exceptionally helpful. Great location near the beach and close to downtown St. Augustine. Lots of room and updated amenities. Ideal for backpackers.

Felt so comfortable, nothing to complain about!

I recently stayed at Best Western and had a wonderful time. The hotel's location was perfect, just across the street from the beach and a short drive from the historic district. The rooms were newly renovated, with laminate floors and modern updates that impressed my teenage daughters. The pool was great, and we enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast each morning. The variety of options, including a make your own yogurt parfait and corned beef hash, was a pleasant surprise. it was a small but excellent hotel that I would definitely stay at again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The recently remodeled room was stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, making our experience even better. The location on Beach Blvd was perfect, just a short and easy walk to the beach, which was only two blocks away. We've stayed in other places where the beach access required a much longer walk through parking lots, along sidewalks, and even across a long boardwalk. This was definitely a major positive for us. Additionally, we loved having a full kitchen in our room and enjoyed a nice view from our quiet and spacious suite. Sharing the space with another couple was not awkward at all, as there was good separation and plenty of common space.

They were able to accommodate our early arrival and get us settled into our room right away. the location was perfect, just a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach. We also appreciated the well-marked crosswalk for easy access. the hotel provided beach towels, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the size of the pool was great for our kids to enjoy.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the bathroom in our room could definitely use an upgrade.

We stayed at Best Western for a week while we moved our daughter to college. The staff, especially Cohen, was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast selection was great and the area was very clean. Salt Life and Panama Hatties, both within walking distance, were excellent restaurants. We look forward to coming back in the fall.

The breakfast offered was complete and healthy with options both hot and cold. We appreciated the friendly staff and good service. the room was clean and well-appointed, with lovely decor and comfortable furniture. the location also happened to be perfect, with easy access to many romantic activities, like dining, strolling on the beach, and watching sunsets over the water.

Sadly, the bed was not comfortable at all. It creaked loudly at even slight movements, making it difficult to sleep through the night.
