Our stay at the Sacajawea Hotel was fantastic. The room was beautifully updated with modern amenities and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, from the warm welcome and bubbly upon arrival to the thoughtful gestures for our kids. The location was perfect, with a charming porch where we enjoyed our morning continental breakfast.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if coffee had been served with the breakfast in bed. Instead, we had to get dressed and go down to the second floor coffee bar, which defeated the purpose of having breakfast in bed.

The Sacajawea Hotel was a great value for the money. The room was cozy and welcoming, with a clean bathtub and super comfy sheets. The hotel's beautiful ambiance, with music and perfect lighting, added to the overall great experience. The recommendation to switch to a cottage across the street worked perfectly for our family of four, with a huge California king bed, couch bed, TV, fireplace. I slept like a rock and loved having the complementary items in the tiny fridge. The hotel's lineage and community involvement, like the basement bar being a VFW post, was a unique touch that gave the place depth. it would be a fantastic place for an anniversary, romantic getaway, or even a business trip.

The breakfast could have been better with more choices and a bit more generosity and flexibility in the portion sizes. However, this was the only negative aspect of an otherwise great stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel that had excellent food in the downstairs café. It was located right in the middle of town, which made it easy to explore the local attractions. We were close to the state park, which had beautiful views and plenty of hiking trails. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided great service during our stay, and we had access to a variety of facilities.

The hotel did not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room, which made it difficult to store or prepare food.
