Cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location of this hotel, so close to downtown, was very convenient. Transportation options were convenient with a shuttle service to downtown and a light rail transit station nearby. The staff was helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. The hotel also upgraded us to two beds for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast provided was delicious and gave us the energy to start our day off right. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near the airport and the availability of free shuttle services made our travels much easier.

The hotel's location was excellent, with a frequent and timely shuttle service to the airport. the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The breakfast at the hotel was disappointing and could have been better. There was limited variety and the quality of the food was mediocre at best.

This hotel is a gem! the location is incredibly convenient as it is near the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service to both the airport and the nearby Light Rail station. It's perfect for those who want to explore downtown or catch a game at the ballpark without any hassle.

I had a minor issue with the water faucet at the sink, as it was a little hard to turn on and the sink drained slowly. However, overall, our experience at this hotel was great and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
