We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The value for the money was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was very convenient, with easy access to downtown. The staff treated us with warmth and friendliness, especially Erica at check-in and Mr. Jones Patterson who was extremely helpful during our late arrival.

The hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

After a lively night at the Grand Ole Opry, we enjoyed winding down with a movie on the large flat-screen TV in our cozy room. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore trade shows at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and take a delightful scenic cruise aboard the General Jackson Showboat.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities on site.
