The location was excellent, with easy access to the Lake Tahoe area. the hotel itself was nestled in peaceful and beautiful surroundings, surrounded by pine trees and fresh mountain air. the staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. the room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a great shower.

There was an issue with our reservation. This was disappointing, especially since we had to squeeze a wheelchair into the small bathroom with a non-functioning door.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the trees. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even mailing back a lost item. The location was great, close to Apple Hill area and some good restaurants. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. the cleanliness, friendly staff, great location, and delicious breakfast made our stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a private balcony overlooking beautiful pine trees. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a mini fridge in the room and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the nearby restaurants and attractions in Apple Hill. the hotel and staff were exceptional.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. I loved the fact that there was plenty of parking available and the location, surrounded by beautiful pine trees, was absolutely stunning. The hotel was also very close to some good restaurants, making it convenient for me to grab a bite to eat. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable.

No issues.

The beds were super comfy with pillow-top mattresses, and we loved the private deck that overlooked beautiful pine trees. the hotel is conveniently located between Chico and Reno, making it a perfect meeting spot for my daughter and me. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. We could hear people walking around above us, so requesting an upstairs room would have been a better choice.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Pollock Pines for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious, clean, and had two sinks which was a great convenience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay, treating us like family. The front desk person was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The private balcony provided a beautiful view of the forest and the breakfast options were impressive. highly recommended!

Would recommend this hotel.
