I recently stayed at Best Western in Temple for a family visit and had a wonderful experience. The general manager, Mike Bhakta, and his staff, Audrea and Lauraley, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even personally delivered my luggage to my room when the cart was in use. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. The location is convenient, close to the highway and the venue I was visiting. I will definitely make this my go-to hotel when visiting Temple in the future.

The beds were too firm and caused back stiffness. the sheets and towels had stains, giving a feeling of uncleanliness.

The hotel facilities were great - clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast had a good selection - sausages, eggs, muffins, yogurt, and waffles. The staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk, were very helpful and nice. The location was convenient, close to the Roadhouse Steak Restaurant for dinner and also to Waco.

The staff at Best Western Temple Inn & Suites were amazing. I had an issue with the cleanliness of my room, but Jasmine, the housekeeper, quickly resolved it and made sure everything was spotless. She even went above and beyond by providing extra towels, toiletries, and coffee bar products. I can't thank Jasmine enough for her exceptional service. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a decent selection of hot and fresh items, allowing us to start our day off right. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to the freeway made it convenient for us to easily access the hotel and continue on our journey.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were less than ideal. Firstly, the room had a damp smell, which made our clothes feel wet and unpleasant.

The coffee was also great. The bed in my room was comfortable and the room itself was spotless. The location was convenient, right next door to Texas Roadhouse.
