best western had an amazing location near the d train. we felt safe walking during the day and the staff was super friendly! the clean, comfortable standard double room made our stay enjoyable. plus, the 24-hour fitness center was a nice perk to keep active while traveling.

i almost thought this could be a good review, until i encountered raccoons near my car and a location next to concrete facilities. absolutely ridiculous! and when i asked for an upgrade after my unsatisfactory experience, the staff treated me like just another guest! my expectations were not met, to put it lightly.
