There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the room layout was awkward, with two separate king beds and no door between them.

The Best Western U.S. Inn Nashville is conveniently located in a safe area right off the freeway. It is also close to a really good cafe, where you can grab a delicious meal or cup of coffee. Additionally, the hotel is situated next to a restaurant that offers pretty good food, giving you plenty of dining options during your stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff is courteous and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay.

There were some issues with the breakfast, such as watery waffle mix and foul-smelling hard boiled eggs.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the excellent maid service. It was great to have enough towels for everyone in the room without having to ask. The pool area was well-maintained and the location of the hotel was convenient. I would highly recommend Best Western U.S. Inn.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were amazing - so helpful and kind. The rooms were comfortable enough and the parking lot was well lit. The location was very convenient and easy to find, and it was close to a really good cafe too. This hotel is in a safe area right off the freeway, so I felt secure during my stay. The breakfast was fine, although the eggs were a bit tough. However, having the hazelnut spread was perfect! I just wish they had cream cheese. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed overnight at a hotel during Thanksgiving and I really enjoyed it! the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They gave me complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location is perfect; it's not in the middle of the city, but it's not too far away either. I liked that it was easy to access from the highway and that there were some restaurants nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, with soft, fluffy towels and a cozy bed.
