Inconsistent Wi-Fi quality when multiple users connect!!! Misleading pricing information led to unexpected charges!!! Heavy maintenance issues throughout the rooms were noticeable!!! Overall cleanliness could use some serious improvement!!!

I can’t believe this place thinks it’s a 5-star establishment. We had to endure an uncomfy bed, and the gross breakfast was a tragedy. I expected a complimentary wine or even a thoughtful room upgrade for my 'special' visit, but no one cared. Almost considered giving a good review, but I just couldn’t after that.

Clean and well-maintained rooms.

I had planned to enjoy the outdoor pool with my grandkids, but was disappointed to find it closed at 9:00 PM. We arrived on a Saturday and were looking forward to some fun, but the noise from the parking lot made it hard to relax. Additionally, when we tried to check in slightly earlier than the designated time, we were told it wasn't possible, which was frustrating after a long drive with little ones.

Chur, the pillows were heaps comfy! But the breakfast was pretty grim – just wet, grey sausage patties. Room was clean, staff were choice as.

i had a great stay at best western during my holidays, especially since i previously enjoyed my visit in van buren. the clean room and comfortable bed exceeded my expectations, and the helpful staff really stood out. breakfast was decent, but that’s an area for improvement.

The front desk guy was super chill, really appreciated that after a long drive. The room was clean and cozy. those pillows? Heaven! However, breakfast was a letdown – just some sad-looking sausage patties. Also, the internet was kinda shaky at times, which was annoying. Overall, a solid place to crash.

This was an excellent fit for a weekend respite in Van Buren with value for money. The key to our room was a bit tricky at first, making it an adventure to get in, but it added some charm. Just be aware there’s no elevator, so pack light if you can.

I walked into the lobby and met this super friendly lady who helped me get my room. The bed was comfortable and the place looked clean enough, despite being a bit older than I expected.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering the comfort, I’d say it was acceptable.

really enjoyed our stay at best western van buren inn! the staff was super friendly, especially this girl named linda who made check-in easy and fun. also, our room was comfy and clean, with a big grassy area outside for my dog to run around. the location is clutch since there’s food and stores nearby. breakfast was decent, too, with hot options that filled us up!

The stay was quite pleasant, and my pet appreciated the large grassy area for walks. The front desk team, including Linda and Simon, were incredibly welcoming, making the experience feel like visiting friends. However, the breakfast options could definitely use some improvement. Despite that, it was a solid choice for an overnight trip.
