Great room and location! Front desk staff could be friendlier.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were delighted with the updated and clean room. It exceeded our expectations and made our holiday even more enjoyable. the proximity to both the boardwalk and beach was a major highlight, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and beautiful scenery.

The front desk area lacks a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area could be more inviting with the addition of fake plants and music.

Our family recently stayed at Biscayne Suites for a couple of nights and we had an amazing time! The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bright, and spacious, with a comfortable king size bed. We also appreciated having a kitchenette in the room. The living area had a cozy couch, unlike the typical hotel ones. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for the money. It's located near the boardwalk, with beautiful sunsets and close to all the attractions in town. The staff are friendly and the rooms are well-equipped, with a king-sized bed and basic amenities. Additionally, the hotel offers rooms with a queen-size pull out couch which is perfect for families.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the range of amenities offered at Biscayne Suites. The hotel's prime location allowed for easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown stores. We especially appreciated the beach tags and parking spot provided, which made our stay even more convenient. The staff went above and beyond in their helpfulness and kindness, making our vacation less stressful. Additionally, the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the rooms, pool, and garden deck, exceeded our expectations. It was refreshing to see such a well-maintained establishment with a friendly and attentive staff.

Exceptionally clean and quiet accommodation with a friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms, well-maintained pool area, and great location for family fun. Free beach tags and an adequately equipped kitchenette free you to relax and enjoy. an outstanding option for a getaway or retreat.

I stayed in a beautifully renovated 2 room suite with a spacious kitchen. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I enjoyed the great views from the 4th floor. The hotel is in a safe and secure location, just a short walk to the boardwalk. I had a very pleasant surprise and would definitely book this hotel again.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, but the staff tried to help by providing a cot. Additionally, there was only one working elevator during my stay, which was a bit annoying.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the layout was the same in all four rooms. the king bedroom suites were spacious and the bathrooms were also very clean. the location of the hotel was perfect, with everything within walking distance, including restaurants, the beach, water rides. It was a fun place to stay.

The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable and the mattress definitely needs to be replaced. Additionally, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
