My stay at Black Fox Lodge Pigeon Forge, Tapestry Collection By Hilton was delightful! The location along the Little Pigeon River offered a peaceful retreat with the serene sounds of nature, and the staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming me with kindness and providing helpful suggestions for local attractions nearby. I particularly enjoyed the cozy lobby area, where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploration.

The beds could use better comfort.

The balcony view of the river was a delightful surprise, and I must highlight the delightful breakfast with the best French toast I've ever had. I'll definitely return for the atmosphere and amenities.

I absolutely loved the comfortable Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Balcony and River View! The pool area was perfect for the kids, and I can't stop raving about the spectacular location next to the Leconte Center. Our family had an amazing time enjoying the live music each night and delicious meals without leaving the hotel!

The noise insulation needs serious improvement!!! I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Also, charging my card before arrival seems like a questionable practice. Room cleaning should be a given at these prices!!! Why not include complimentary breakfast?

I absolutely adored my stay at Black Fox Lodge! The Deluxe Queen Room with its balcony and river view took my breath away every morning. The pool area was perfect for the kids to splash around and have a fantastic time!

you would think a place like this could at least manage basic cleanliness, with hair in the sheets and empty body wash dispensers. also, the pool seemed to have a mind of its own, hurting my family's feet! oh, and a complimentary upgrade would have been nice, but I guess I’m not special enough for that. I just couldn’t give them a good review.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was a major letdown. There were issues like hair left in the sheets, uncleaned sofa beds covered in dirt and food, and a noticeable lack of attention to detail with moldy dust behind the nightstand and dirty doors. The coffee maker didn't work and there was no body wash in the shower. During our stay, housekeeping was nowhere to be seen, and we had to manage without fresh towels for days.

The bathroom was clean, but I did notice the coffee maker didn’t work. Bed was comfy enough, and the location was spot on for local activities. The pool area was nice too!

The only downside was the breakfast price. many hotels offer it for free.
