Early check-in was smooth, and Jordge was super helpful! Wi-Fi struggled a bit.

During my recent stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Presidio Park, which made for a peaceful walking escape just over a kilometer away, and being only about two kilometers from the San Diego Zoo allowed for a fun day exploring the wildlife with the family. we appreciated the spacious outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing after our city adventures.

i was nearly ready to share a glowing review, but being constantly disturbed by the hot water shower making a sound like a passing train ruined it! also, the narrowing parking spaces were nothing short of an insult. i expected a complimentary gesture for these disappointments, but it seems they prefer treating everyone equally—how quaint.

Clean room, spacious outdoor area, enjoyed the convenience of the kitchenette for keeping snacks handy, and easy access to the nearby zoo made our adventures enjoyable.

Everything was exactly right.

Parking spaces are far too narrow, not ideal for average-sized vehicles!!! The wifi upgrade fee is absurd for families wanting to use multiple devices!!! Hot water in the shower makes an obnoxious noise like a train passing!!! A little unsettling!!!

The beds were kinda uncomfortable and we had to deal with noisy rooms. But the breakfast was awesome and staff were super friendly, eh?

The highlight of my stay was definitely breakfast. Frank and his team served up a lovely variety of healthy options each morning, always with a friendly smile. The spacious outdoor area made it perfect for family time, complete with games and a relaxing pool.

However, I wasn't prepared for the surprise parking fee of $25 per day, which was a bit of a shocker upon arrival. Additionally, the pull-out sofa bed was not the most comfortable for my kids, impacting our sleep quality a bit.

this hotel is super clean and the rooms are really nice. the staff is friendly and helpfull, and the free breakfast is pretty decent. the outdoor space is cool too with games and a pool. loved having a proper kitchen in the suite. the location is perfect for getting to beaches and downtown!
