Great value for money - rooms with a lovely balcony and huge bathrooms for a B&B. Location is ideal, near a cute park and many restaurants on the east coast. The service is impeccable and staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread with wine and cheese is a wonderful touch.

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious, with a cozy fireplace and a private deck to relax on. The breakfast was delicious, with options like waffles topped with whipped cream. We also enjoyed chatting with other guests during the wine and cheese hour. It was a great spot to stay while exploring the bustling downtown area.

That there were leaf blowers in the morning, which created some noise.
