The hotel had a convenient location, close to various restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. We were greeted with a complimentary drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel had a clean and well-maintained environment.

The pool was on the smaller side and closed too early in the evening. the bathroom lacked sufficient hooks for hanging towels and robes.

The value for money was excellent, with a comfortable and well-equipped room. The location was fantastic, with everything happening in South Beach just a 2-minute walk away. The staff treated us like royalty and were attentive and friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could have been better, with a wider variety of choices.

My stay here was fantastic. The location was ideal, right by everything I wanted to see, and the hotel itself was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond. The amenities were all top-notch, from the in-room air conditioning to the comfortable sitting area and the lovely garden furniture on the terrace. The leisure facilities were also great, with an outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace and loungers, and beach umbrellas. And the little things, like the free toiletries and 24-hour reception, really added to the overall experience.

Although there was some construction going on, the staff did their best to ensure that it didn't impact my stay. In fact, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends - it really was that great.

Located in a prime position near the bustling South Beach area, this hotel is just a block away from the beach. The little outdoor space they have is ideal for lounging around or having a cup of coffee. Plus, it's only a short stroll to reach the Lincoln Rd mall, which is a great place to shop. The rooms at the hotel are well-maintained and clean, with excellent service provided by the staff.

The hotel's resort fee is considerably high.

We had a fantastic stay at Blue Moon in Miami Beach. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Art Deco and shopping district, with the beach just a short walk away. The staff, especially Renee and Alfredo, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They provided free beach chairs, towels, and water, making our beach days even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the shower was fantastic, and the hotel had a charming decor. The bar had a friendly bartender named Rodney, and the food was delicious. a great experience.
