The fireplace was a cozy touch during our Christmas stay, adding a warm and festive atmosphere to the room. Additionally, the room itself was very nice, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for our stay. the central location was also a key advantage, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the beautiful view of the nearby mountains.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not satisfied with. the constant calls in the morning from the hotel staff trying to sell us a timeshare were quite bothersome and disrupted our peace and quiet.

The rooms exceeded my expectations and were even better than the pictures. The jacuzzi tub provided a relaxing experience, and the pond right outside our door was a delightful sight to wake up to. The staff members were incredibly helpful and ensured that I got a room that met all my specifications. The nearby pub and grill offered delicious food, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. I am already looking forward to returning to this fantastic place for my next visit to the area.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the central location close to attractions, with a grocery store nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The villa had everything we needed, and the pool and hot tub were great. There were also board games and puzzles available at the front desk.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to Grandfather Mountain and Beech Mountain, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The hotel is nestled in the mountains near Banner Elk, providing a beautiful scenic backdrop. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy amenities such as mini golf and tennis, adding to the overall experience.

One negative aspect is that the jacuzzi tub in one of the rooms did not work properly.

I had the most wonderful stay at Blue Ridge Village! The resort is surrounded by beautiful mountains, creating the perfect year-round destination. I absolutely loved the little lake, where I could relax by the water, go fishing, or take a peaceful paddleboat ride. There were also so many activities for both adults and children to enjoy. The upgrades made to the property enhanced its already lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The first thing I loved was the location - it was absolutely beautiful and centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. I was impressed with the attention to detail, as everything was in working order, including the four lamps in the room. Nothing it is perfect.

We had a nice city break with some great complementary features. the location was key which afforded us spectacular views from the room. the suite was comfortable and clean and we loved the relaxing ambiance.

There were some negatives that made our stay less enjoyable. the sofa bed was not very comfortable and the hours for the swimming pool were not convenient.
