I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites on a trip to Miami to watch the Marlins vs. the Braves. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I was impressed with the great customer service and the convenient location near the Miami Medical Complex. They even provided free shuttle rides to the hospitals and other facilities. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was cozy and clean, just like in the pictures. The location was perfect for my visit to the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. The staff treated me very well, especially the manager who was professional and took care of issues promptly.

We loved the modern look and layout of the facilities. The small corner sink in the room with the toilet was a convenient addition, especially for three women sharing the space. The duvet provided a cozy and warm experience, and my grandmother loved it so much that we're ordering one for her birthday. The queen beds were a great size, and the spacious, clean rooms with a sofa and desk were a definite plus. The shower and bathroom were comfortable, and the well-lit room made it easy to get ready. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location near the health center and with closed parking garage added convenience to our stay.

I had a satisfying stay at the hotel and would recommend it, especially for those with loved ones at the nearby hospital.

Great restaurant and bar staff, and the food was good. The hotel was clean and the room had a comfortable bed.

TV didn't work, sliding door into the shower didn't stay closed, light over the bathroom vanity was burned out. The toilet area had no soundproofing or total visual privacy, and the separate sliding door kept sliding open.

During our Christmas stay, we liked the spacious and comfortable rooms. They were well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which made it convenient for us to store and prepare our own snacks and drinks. The location was also a key factor for us, as it was close to major hospitals and had easy access to public transportation. We especially enjoyed the breakfast that was included in our stay. There was a wide variety of options, including eggs, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit. The staff was attentive and made sure that everything was replenished quickly.

There were a few aspects that we disliked about our stay. the noise from the nearby highway was quite bothersome, as the windows did not have proper insulation.

Best aspects of our stay were the convenient location close to the medical complex and the free shuttle service to and from the hospitals. It was a huge relief to be just minutes away from the medical facilities and have transportation provided. Worst aspects were the presence of homeless people near the hotel, which made us feel a little uneasy, and the lack of response from the hotel staff regarding a problem that occurred during our stay. We had an incident where a mirror fell in the bathroom and shattered, and instead of providing assistance or addressing the situation, we were left to clean it up ourselves.
