we checked into Borgata for one night for a relaxing time. the hotel came with everything we needed. couple of the pools were not operating but one indoor one was, which was all we wanted. the hot tub was so good! ! there are restaurants inside the hotel, as well as a foodcourt. the room and bed were super comfortable, and we even got a free upgrade to a higher room with a city view. dining at several restaurants in the casino, the food was very good.

The views of the Atlantic Ocean from the Grand King rooms at Borgata were absolutely breathtaking. I was mesmerized by the stunning sight every morning. The staff at the luxurious Spa Toccare provided a truly relaxing experience, with treatments tailored to loosen tension and relieve stress. It was a delightful way to unwind after a day of exploring the casino and nearby attractions.

The signs for directions to the hotel from the airport were misleading, leading to unnecessary extra walking.

Indulged in mouthwatering dishes at Angeline’s and Metropolitan - pasta perfection! Loved the buffet breakfast spread. The indoor pool oasis was a chill spot.

After the first night, spotted a rogue sock and untouched trash in the room. Drinks at restaurants were a tad pricey for the size.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff was superb and handled every request with care and respect. the room service was top-notch; my breakfast was delivered quickly and tasted great. the restaurant had plenty of delicious options, and the bar/lounge area was excellent. the welcome drink added a nice touch to the check-in experience. the shops had a variety of items, and the housekeeping was exceptional. These positive experiences will definitely bring me back again.

Although the overall stay was great, there were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the casino could benefit from better ventilation, as the smoking was quite pervasive.

The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the guest toiletries were exceptional at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. the late-night food was delicious, with clean rooms and exceptional views. the overnight stay was worth the money for an incredible experience.

Initial room charge miscommunication.

A recent stay left me feeling rejuvenated with a huge grin on my face. The facilities were top-notch, especially the exclusive fitness center on the 33rd floor—it felt like a slice of luxury! Exploring the diverse dining options was a real treat, and the spa treatments were pure bliss. The vibrant energy of the casino floor and entertainment options kept me entertained throughout. The convenience of being just a short distance from transport links was a bonus. Can't wait to plan my next visit!

The staff was so helpful from the start. I love staying here. It has everything I need - 24-hour reception and security, pools, spa, and more. I'm coming back this weekend!

My friends and I had the best time at the nightclub and the casino floor! The DJs at the nightclub were lit, and we danced all night. Plus, the casino had the craziest jackpots and slots, it was so hype!

Just wish they had more themed party nights at the nightclub, would've made the vibe even more LIT!

The room was beautiful and the breakfast selection was amazing. Would DEFINITELY go back. the spa facilities were even better in person.

First time staying with my 3-year-old daughter for an event. Booked a standard room but upgraded to the 39th floor for a spectacular view. Felt safe with key card scanning and separate elevators. Spacious bathroom and easy parking. Express check-out. The relaxation amenities like casino, spa, and pools enhanced our stay, and nearby landmarks like the Atlantic City Boardwalk and African American Heritage Museum provided great bonding opportunities for my family.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great shower. Good buffet at the restaurant, enjoyed the pool. Will stay again.
