Great location with some quirks

Great spot in Copley Place! The view of the Charles River was awesome, and being close to tons of attractions is a huge plus. The health club was a nice surprise, and the added trolley tickets made exploring super easy. Just found the elevators kinda slow sometimes. The pool was also on the small side.

During my transit in Boston, I stayed at the Boston Marriott Copley Place, which is conveniently located only 0.4 km from Back Bay, making it an ideal choice for easy access to the city's transportation hub. the hotel is a mere 2 km from Beacon Street, ensuring that I could explore the area without any hassle during my short stay.

While the overall experience at the Boston Marriott Copley Place was satisfactory, I encountered a minor inconvenience related to the concierge access. Despite being initially informed about access to the lounge, the communication regarding the voucher for the single meal was inconsistent, and the staff's response was unfriendly, creating a slight inconvenience for me.

The hotel's proximity to famous landmarks such as Fenway Park and the Prudential Center, intertwined with modern style, offers a truly immersive experience. Though the room was spacious and well-appointed, it could use some upgrades. The initial wheelchair accessible room we received had safety concerns in the bathroom, making it challenging for my husband to use.

I keep returning for the wonderful stay. First visit, staff kindly arranged late check out. Perfect with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and indoor pool. No smoking and wheelchair access. Love coming back for Christmas.

I chose this hotel for a vendor expo due to its convenient location and extensive event space. The skywalk connecting to The Shops at Prudential Center and Hynes Convention Center made it easy to move around. The expert planners and versatile event space were ideal for future meetings and social affairs.

The one service I missed for work was the lack of complimentary WiFi, which would have been beneficial for staying connected and productive during my stay.

The hotel had convenient covered walkways to the Prudential Center, shopping, and restaurants, which was perfect for us as we experienced cold weather. The Uber transportation made it easy for us to explore Faneuil Hall while staying warm. Our room on the 30th floor had a great view of Copley Place and a river view. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel staff was quick to replace a malfunctioning TV remote. The elevators were efficient and made getting to our floor hassle-free.

The breakfast was delicious, staff was polite, and my special needs son could cook in the kitchen. The room was clean and private with great AC. The hotel is connected to two malls, perfect for teenage girls. Location is excellent, close to Fenway Park and all the sights.

The staff were exceptional, quickly providing a portacrib when requested. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to a mall, supermarkets, subway stations, and bus stops. The on-site restaurant and bar offered a great selection of beers and ales. a great 9-day stay!
