The Uber transportation made it easy for us to explore Faneuil Hall while staying warm. Our room on the 30th floor had a great view of Copley Place and a river view. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel staff was quick to replace a malfunctioning TV remote. The elevators were efficient and made getting to our floor hassle-free.
