Despite being initially informed about access to the lounge, the communication regarding the voucher for the single meal was inconsistent, and the staff's response was unfriendly, creating a slight inconvenience for me.

The hotel had convenient covered walkways to the Prudential Center, shopping, and restaurants, which was perfect for us as we experienced cold weather. The Uber transportation made it easy for us to explore Faneuil Hall while staying warm. Our room on the 30th floor had a great view of Copley Place and a river view. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel staff was quick to replace a malfunctioning TV remote. The elevators were efficient and made getting to our floor hassle-free.
