Our family stayed in a hotel located in a peaceful cave close to the harbor. The view of the yachts was really enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, the bathroom was a bit small. The concierge service and fitness center were okay, but the pool had a strong chlorine smell. The breakfast in the restaurant was a fantastic choice.

The plaza around the hotel was very noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

We had an amazing stay at this place, located by the harbor side. The location is just perfect, in a great area with easy access to everything. The staff are really friendly and helpful, right from the front desk to the housekeeper to the waiter, providing quality room service. The room was spacious and well-designed with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a television. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, as well as the snack bar and restaurant.

Would definitely recommend this venue to family and friends.

We enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was close to the events we attended and just a block away from the subway. The fact that it overlooked the water was definitely a plus. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. this place was excellent and we would definitely consider staying here again.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the harbor side in a really good area. The views were stunning, and I loved being right on Boston's waterfront. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly staff at the front desk to the attentive housekeepers and waiters. They made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel truly taken care of.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The hop on/off trolley stop was right outside, making it easy to tour around Boston. We were also able to walk to the North End for some delicious Italian food and to the concert venue. The rooms were modern and spacious, with comfortable beds.

The prices were a bit on the high side. Additionally, the valet service was not as attentive as expected, and we had to seek them out when arriving. The sliding bathroom door didn't offer much privacy.
