The bed was so uncomfortable, it felt like I was lying on the floor! I barely slept because the AC died, and the noise from other guests yelling at all hours was unbearable. Definitely not worth the high price I paid!

The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and well-maintained. there were a few drawbacks that affected our overall experience. The mattress on one of the beds was slightly worn out, causing it to sag in the middle. This made for a somewhat restless night of sleep as we kept rolling into the same sleeping area. the lack of fabric softener left the towels in the bathroom feeling stiff and scratchy, which was not very pleasant. the young man at the check-in desk was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The in-room coffee provided was a nice touch, and the balcony offered a lovely spot to enjoy our morning coffee. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and there was adequate free parking available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed assistance due to a family member's arthritis.

Excellent fit for a weekend trip in Flagstaff with good price value. The bed was very comfortable.

Staff friendly. Facilities clean. Enjoyed the stylish lobby and outside area. The automated coffee bar was a nice touch, as plumbing worked smoothly to avoid any inconveniences.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the clean and modern room with comfortable beds and outdoor seating that made my evening relaxation perfect; plus, there are several restaurants and a country-oriented bar/restaurant just a few steps away, making it easy to grab a bite after a day of exploring. I appreciated the helpful staff who even went out of their way to return a bathing suit I left behind through UPS. the hotel could enhance the experience by addressing a few minor maintenance issues, like the tight door that led to a slight inconvenience.

The lobby impresses with its brightness and the beautiful Geode wall. the lack of an elevator is a significant oversight and should be disclosed. Noise from the highway and thin walls detracted from the experience. Heated outdoor pool and inviting indoors Jacuzzi are positives. With a few improvements, this property could excel.
