Gorgeous stay with amazing service

What a fantastic place! The decor is stunning and the room was gigantic and super clean. The staff were all super friendly, especially that reception guy. They even surprised us with Prosecco for our anniversary! Getting there off the interstate was a bit tricky. Plus, no spot to grab a nightcap when we returned from the wedding.

Bottleworks is an absolutely gorgeous space with great attention to detail. the neighborhood offers plenty to do within walking distance. the staff are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the rooms are stunning and the onsite dining options are convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay with top-notch service and an eye for design.

During our trip for a concert, we stayed at Bottleworks. the location was perfect, close to Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown. the room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed, luxurious bedding, and a spacious shower. the staff was exceptional, offering a personalized touch with handwritten notes, champagne, and a dessert for our anniversary. Valet service was friendly and helpful, offering tips on local attractions. Small details like robes, real coffee mugs, and a Bluetooth speaker added to the experience. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a beautiful decor. Our room was spacious, elegant, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the many amenities, including bathrobes and a big TV. The bathroom was accommodating, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

The parking situation was very inconvenient and overpriced.

The hotel is newly renovated with a gorgeous lobby and common spaces. the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and clean with a great bed and large bathroom. the staff is extremely responsive and the breakfast is pretty good. It's conveniently located close to many eating options.

The hotel is still undergoing renovations, hence there is no real bar or restaurant yet. the rooms are very far apart and if you end up in a room that is not close to the elevator, it could take an inordinate amount of time to get from the lobby back and forth.

The location was perfect for us as there were plenty of food and nightlife options nearby. The hotel itself was beautiful with a modern elegant feel, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We wish we could have stayed longer!
