The Holiday Inn East Mountain in Wilkes-Barre was ideally located for our family, making it easy to access major highways, shopping centers, and exciting attractions. We were thrilled to try out adventurous activities nearby, like skydiving and ATV riding in Luzerne County. The hotel also provided a convenient base for our dining adventures and entertainment, ensuring a fun-filled stay for the whole family.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel offered more kid-friendly activities on-site.

During my recent transit through Wilkes-Barre, I stayed at Holiday Inn Wilkes-Barre East Mountain and found the location to be incredibly convenient. Situated just a 10-minute drive from Coal Street Park, it served as the perfect stop for me and my husband on our way to the Wyoming Valley. the complimentary airport shuttle service was a huge advantage, making our journey from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport seamless and stress-free.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience during my stay. However, this did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience at Holiday Inn Wilkes-Barre East Mountain.

The staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the heating and air conditioning, as well as the tea and coffee facilities. The dining restaurant onsite offered delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax. The hotel also had a picnic area with tables, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors.

We were a group of seven rooms and had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. The location in the Moosic area was perfect, as it was near many attractions and nestled in the beautiful mountains. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry all available. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and enjoyed a delightful happy hour. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and dining table added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. The garden furniture allowed us to relax and unwind outdoors. The free toiletries and television added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. we were impressed by the quality and attention to detail provided by this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located in the mountains, close to almost everything in Northeast PA. I didn't have to go far to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my late-night check-in a breeze. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I loved the décor of the hotel and the size of our room, especially the useful couch and extra space for luggage.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Wilkes-Barre for a business trip. My stay was 4 days long. The food was delicious, and the pool facilities were clean and relaxing. I was thrilled to find that the hotel also had EV charging on-site, which was very convenient for my electric vehicle. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and straightforward. The room size was adequate, and I appreciated having a fridge and a microwave. The sitting area in the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially Jerry the General Manager, were accommodating and solved any issues promptly. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Wilkes-Barre for a couple of nights while traveling. The hotel was conveniently located off the interstate and offered a clean and comfortable room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I loved the onsite restaurant and bar, as well as the option for room service. The fire pit area outside looked beautiful from our room, and the hearty breakfast included was a nice touch. it was a great value and I will definitely stay here again when I'm traveling.

I always return for holiday to a place with Wi-Fi, parking, late check-in, a bar, swim, sauna. At my 1st stay, staff kindly helped with printing. It suits me perfectly.

The glass-enclosed recreation center with a lap-size pool, jacuzzi, and sauna was like a hidden oasis in the heart of the hotel. It felt like finding a secret passage to relaxation, complete with premium cable and an iPod docking station in my room.

Charges for refrigerator and microwave.

Comfy beds, decent breakfast, welcoming staff, good facilities including pool and workout machines. The restaurant had great food and affordable prices. The pool area had a good-sized pool, sauna room, and hot tub. We enjoyed dining outside in the heated bubbles, perfect for friends who go out at night.
